Adrian Rogers
Owner
Adrian started the business back in 1993 after taking it over from his father in law. At the time of taking on the business, Adrian chose to grow and expand the business as he himself was due to become a father and wanted to have the work-life balance he wished for. Since this date, the business has continued to grow at a pace that has enabled him to put our customers at the forefront of our business. All cleaning is carried out by Adrian to ensure that our client’s expectations are met and continued to be met. Adrian is also responsible for all the Health and Safety as well as COSH.
Karen Rogers
Finance
Karen is our accountant with over thirty-five years’ experience in accounts, ensuring the daily running of the office runs smoothly which ensures that the department maintains the company’s financial health and allows it to move forward. Karen is the Wife to Adrian and Mother to Melissa and Victoria. She is extremely proud of the fact that the family business is all done as a family network. Karen enjoys the outdoor life and enjoys walking. She also likes entertaining and is often seen out trying new flavors and tastes in local restaurants.
Melissa
Marketing
Melissa has experience in the marketing of the company since 2015 and develops the marketing strategies to the company requirements. She also completes campaigns and advises and monitors where the company need to progress. Melissa became more involved within the family business when she became a mum to Jacob. Melissa’s mission within the company is to help and grow the family business.
Victoria
Sales and Admin
Victoria joined High & Low Window Cleaning 2 years ago and has several years of experience in sales and admin. Victoria is extremely hard working and is always keen to get involved in any new challenges within the growing family business. Victoria is enjoying working within the company. Victoria is a keen golfer and is always eager to take the boss out and help him to improve on his golf.
